OBJETIVES

Management culture based on information. Governing Bodies on Child affairs with capacity to monitor, defend and protect Child Rights. Children with capacity to demand the fulfillment of their  rights.

Improvement of the management capabilities of the Governing Bodies on Child Affairs. People involved in child issues notice that there is information to train human resources,  to make decisions and to monitor child rights.

Annual Balances or Governing Bodies reports. Reports of States to the Committee on the Rights of the Child. Reports from the IIN Directing Council Representatives.

National actors notice the need of this type of tools and maintain the compromise for their application beyond the period of installation and training.

PURPOSE

Information System to monitor child rights developed and tested. Interamerican Child and Family Information Network installed.  Internet Sites to promote the coordination of child and adolescent's policies created. Internet Sites to promote the demand of rights by the children created.

Governing Bodies management capability improved. RIIN Network working on the region's countries. Children demanding their rights.

Governing Bodies and IIN Directing Council Representatives reports. Internet Navigators Reports. Agreements signed by the IIN and national counterparts. Existing budget that ensures the sustainability of the proposals.

Actors involved express and sustain their interest to the proposals, assigning  human resources with the appropriate profile and assigning appropriate material resources.

RESULTS

Child Information System (SIPI). PDW Site installed. SINVUELTAS Site created. Legal Database created and actualized. OPD Software for RIIN's Network created. Training Programs,  training instruments developed.

An Information Center created every year. A SIPI installed every year on the Governing Bodies on Child Affairs. PDW Site created, incorporating one country every year. A coordination, presence and virtual regional Workshops every year. SINVUELTAS Site incorporated to a country per year.

There is a counterpart for the implementation of the proposal. The counterpart profile  is adequate according to the proposal.

ACTIVITIES

Generation of a working team for the implementation of the products.  Training on Documentary Information Centers. Training on the use of information for  decision making. Training on Operative Auditions. Training on the treatment of big data volumes.  Proposal elaboration for the countries.

IIN and Program Working Plan. Financial Reports, Donors Reports, Auditors Reports.
