RECOGNITION TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE
REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY FOR HOSTING THE
81^st REGULAR MEETING OF THE DIRECTING COUNCIL
(Submitted by the Delegations of Canada, Chile and Dominican Republic) 

THE DIRECTING COUNCIL, 

CONSIDERING: 

1. That Article 12 in the Rules of Procedure establishes that face-to-face Regular Meetings will be generally held on an alternate basis between a Member State and the headquarters of the Institute’s Secretariat in Montevideo;

2. That during the 80^th Regular Meeting of the Directing Council of the IIN the Government of the Republic of Uruguay offered to host the 81^st Meeting and it was so adopted through Resolution CD/RES.08 (80-R/05);

RESOLVES:

To thank the Government of the Republic of Uruguay for its valuable support to the organization and development of the 81^st Regular Meeting of the Directing Council of the Inter-American Children’s Institute.
