 ADOPTION OF THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
 80th REGULAR MEETING OF THE DIRECTING COUNCIL
HELD IN MEXICO IN AUGUST 2005

THE DIRECTING COUNCIL, 

HAVING SEEN: 

The Final Report of the 80^th Regular Meeting of the Directing Council (CD/doc. 08/06) held on 22-23 August, 2005 in the city of Mexico DF, including the Summary Minutes, the adopted Resolutions, the List of Participants, and the corresponding Annexes: 

CONSIDERING: 

1. That the Secretariat of the Directing Council made this draft Report available in advance to all the delegates via e-mail and also published it in the IIN Web site;

2. That no observations were made during the formal consideration of the Report;

3. That the document faithfully reflects the proceedings of the above mentioned Meeting;

RESOLVES:

To adopt the Final Report of the 80^th Regular Meeting of the Directing Council without any observation and to congratulate the Secretariat for the task accomplished.
