PLACE OF THE 81st REGULAR MEETING OF THE DIRECTING COUNCIL
(Submitted by the delegation of Uruguay) 

THE DIRECTING COUNCIL,

CONSIDERING: 

  1. That article 12 in the Statute provides that the place of face-to-face Regular Meetings will normally alternate between a Member state and the headquarters of the Institute in Montevideo;

  2. That through note dated 15 June, 2005 the Government of Mexico offered the city of Mexico, DF as the alternate place to hold the 80th Regular Meeting of the Directing Council of the IIN;

  3. That the delegate of Uruguay offered his country as the place of the 81st Regular Meeting; 

RESOLVES:  

To establish the Republic of Uruguay as the place of the 81st Regular Meeting of the Directing Council to be held on the last quarter of 2006
