Declaration and Lines of Action for the Families of Latin America and the Caribbean. Senior Specialist Meeting convened by ECLAC and the Government of Colombia. The aim of the meeting was to create a regional proposal that would lay the groundwork for governments to establish policies and/or platforms for national action, as part of the International Year of the Family.
